Key Design Narratives

• Architectural Lighting & Ceilings: We utilized multi-tiered tray ceilings with integrated warm LED coves to define open-plan areas. This is punctuated by bespoke lighting fixtures – most notably the geometric, multi-pendant chandelier that serves as a sculptural focal point over the dining zone.
• The Art of the Feature Wall: From the master suite’s floor-to-ceiling geometric tufted headboard to the living room’s striking book-matched marble panels, we treated walls as vertical canvases. These elements add depth and a sense of “grandeur” without cluttering the floor space.
• Bespoke Millwork & Textures: The kitchen and bar areas showcase custom cabinetry in rich wood grains, offset by frosted glass inserts and under-cabinet task lighting. We opted for a palette of earthy neutrals – champagne, taupe and deep ebony – allowing the textures of velvet, silk and stone to speak for themselves.
• Functional Luxury: Every corner is designed for a seamless flow. Whether it’s the dedicated home bar with sleek high-back seating or the cozy reading nooks featuring classic wingback chairs, the project prioritizes a “sophisticated lived-in” feel.
